Quebec Is Calling!
2012 Annual Meeting May 30–June 3

This year’s annual meeting in Quebec City offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to explore a cultural capital, experience the hospitality of a renowned four-star hotel, and examine historic documents in the settings where they were created—all in the company of fellow manuscript enthusiasts.
From the National Archives to the archives of the Ursuline Academy; from National Battlefields Park to the Island of Orleans; from our host hotel the Château Frontenac to the Garrison Club, we’ll soak up the sights and sites of this world-heritage city.
In a departure from past annual meetings, we have arranged a package including registration and four nights in the hotel. The combined cost is $1,450 a person double occupancy or $1,875 single occupancy. For early registration, the deposit is just $850, and the deadline for payment of the deposit has been extended to January 15. Registrants after January l5 will pay a $900 deposit. Trip insurance is recommended.
Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity. Register online today or download the registration forms and send in your check to Executive Director Shirley Sands, PO Box 84686, Baton Rouge, LA 70884.
