Registering for the Annual Meeting
Quebec City — May 29–June 3, 2012

Welcome to the registration desk for the Manuscript Society's annual meeting in Quebec City — an event filled with manuscripts, good food, and fellowship.

The 2012 meeting has been arranged with the assistance of a Canadian tour company which has developed comprehensive packages which include the hotel charges, scheduled meals, transportation and venue admission fees, etc. Deposits until January 16 are just $850 per person. The deposit after January 15 is $900. The table below gives a rundown on the options. All prices are per person. Single rates include nightly supplements of about $104/night. Board member prices include Wednesday's additional meeting, lunch, and coffee breaks. Important Dates: Deposit Payment $850 until January 16; $900 after January 15. Payment of Balance Due March 21. Payments refundable minus processing fee of $100 before March 21; no refunds after March 21.

In order to guarantee your participation, please register as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 for processing for registrations cancelled on or before March 21, 2012. We regret that registration fees will cannot be refunded for cancellations received after March 21, 2012.
